moroccan bread


this bread is amazing. and easy. there's no kneading. no fuss. and loads of flavor. so dense, great for day-old croutons, tomato soup breadbowls, big hunks torn off for dipping into a big steamy bowl of avgolemono soup.

you have to make it. today. just one thing: it doesn't keep well, but then again, you probably won't have that problem. we sure didn't at our house!

I clicked on the recipe link (not that I have time to cook let alone bake)& they have a whole freezer food section now! I think I am in heaven.

yum! i wonder if this would be on top of french onion soup. i am making some tonight and i need some bread.

Ok Kristi - two times in one day I don't know what you're talking about! ;-) avgolemono soup??? I have decided either you are just too cool or I am just too behind the times...I think it's a little of both! :-)
